This website is part of a cybersecurity awareness campaign organized by Prodipresse as part of the federal government's Cyber4SME project.

This is a phishing simulation exercise designed to inform and protect you against real fraud attempts. No grant is actually distributed through this site, and no personal data is collected or stored permanently.

The goal of this simulation is to help you recognize the techniques used by cybercriminals and adopt the right security reflexes.

This privacy policy describes how your information is processed as part of this cybersecurity awareness simulation. Prodipresse is committed to respecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

As part of the Cyber4SME project
This awareness initiative is carried out in partnership with the Federal Public Service for Recovery, SMEs, Self-employed and Energy, as part of the Cyber4SME project aimed at strengthening cybersecurity for Belgian small and medium-sized enterprises.

3. Data Collected

As part of this awareness simulation, we only collect:

Access codes: A unique code assigned to your company to access the simulation
Company name: To personalize the simulation experience
Company address: Public information for personalization purposes
Navigation data: User journey in the simulation (pages visited, steps completed)
Temporary session identifiers: To ensure the proper functioning of the simulation

🔒 Data Not Collected

No sensitive personal data is collected:

No real phone number is recorded
No security code or password is stored
No banking or financial data is requested or collected
The itsme® authentication is simulated and does not collect any real information

4. Processing Purposes

The data collected is used exclusively to:

Enable the proper functioning of the phishing simulation
Personalize the awareness experience
Analyze the effectiveness of the awareness campaign
Produce anonymized statistics on participation
Improve future cybersecurity awareness campaigns

5. Legal Basis

Data processing is based on:

The execution of a task in the public interest (cybersecurity awareness)
Implicit consent through voluntary participation in the simulation

6. Data Retention

The data collected as part of this simulation is retained only for the duration of the awareness campaign, i.e., a maximum of 6 months after the end of the campaign, and is then securely deleted.

7. Data Sharing

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with commercial third parties. Data may only be shared with:

Internal services of the FPS Economy responsible for the campaign
Technical service providers ensuring secure hosting (under confidentiality agreement)

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction:

Connection encryption (HTTPS)
Secure storage in a protected database
Restricted data access only to authorized personnel
Monitoring and logging of access
